Cafe Vian is located at the Liszt Ferenc square, in the town centre of Budapest, and it is a significant restaurant, café of the square. This is a French-styled restaurant but we can choose from Hungarian dishes too and those guests can also find their desire who aspire to cooling cocktails or specialities of coffee. The atmosphere of the café has attracted lots of regular guests. The place expects its guest with solid prices however with delicious flavours, dishes. The service is fast and accurate. Even if we have to wait a little bit more for our dinner because of a crowding evening, we won’t realize it because the atmosphere of the Vian is inimitable.

History:
Around 1995 there were only 3 or 4 restaurants at the square, and at that time an other shop operated at the place of the Vian, namely Margaret Cleaner Salon. Our ancestor was a laundry. Not many things reminded from it, only that stray telephone call which inquired about the opening hours of the Salon 1 and half – 2 years ago. We planned to be a solid literary café but we became a restaurant -café with a significant menu. Looking back to the past few years, thanks God, we have been delighted at undiminished popularity, with the increasing number of regular guests and those turists who keep coming back. What is the secret, why do the guests have to wait a few minutes sometimes? It is difficult to answer. You have to pass here an evening and you will be influenced by the atmosphere which has already catched so many people. Talking while you have a striped coffee, tasting something delicious from the menu or having a cocktail.
